To import an existing workspace, click on the menu "File -> Workspace" to open the workspace management dialog and click on the "Import..." button.

Then a sub-menu pops up and you must select if you want to :

•export a workspace to a folder,

•export a workspace to a ZIP file.

 

Exporting workspace is useful to backup or to share full user data with colleagues.

For that you have to specify a folder to export the full workspace. You could check Compress exported workspace if you would like a zip file (zip file workspace could be straight imported).
