I formatted my computer and reinstalled PVsyst, how can I get back in licensed mode ?

Find your activation key and follow the activation procedure.

Select your Customer ID and your activation key and follow the transfer procedure.

My computer crashed or was stolen, how can I use PVsyst in licensed mode on a new one ?

Because you can not deactivate the license on the old computer you have to contact us first. Then select your activation key and follow the activation procedure on the new computer.
