Matching the System
In order to be able to perform a simulation with a shading scene, you need to make sure that the orientations defined in the shading scene match the system defined in the variant.
More specifically, each orientation defined in the variant must be linked to an electrical sub-array in the System part, or the simulation will not be possible.
Also, the active PV area and the number of PV modules of each orientation need to match the ones defined in the corresponding sub-arrays in the System part (with a tolerance).
You might get an error message explaining this in the shadings, then you need to adjust the 3D scene or the System part.
All the needed information to know if the scene matches the variant is available in the orientations management dialog .
