Field in 3D

In the 3D editor, a field is an object (mechanical structure) able to receive PV modules, which may be edited by double-clicking on it.

A field may be a single table, or an array of tables or trackers. Domes are a particular kind of fields, associated by pairs with 2 orientations.

A field may also be a polygonal field, or a multi-rectangular field, set of coplanar rectangular tables. A multi-rectangular field may be useful when defining a PV array on a roof with some obstacles like chimneys.
