Price list main dialog

The main window contains user defined prices for components. List can be sorted and filtered by component model or type.

	Clear filters: Clear "Model" and "Type" filters
	Select all: Selects all the lines visible in the price list. Selection is used to choose lines to be deleted.
	Deselect all: Deselects all the lines visible in the price list.
	New price: Opens the price edition dialog to define prices for a component. Double click on a line in the list to update an existing price.
	Delete price: Deletes selected prices in the list. This button is disabled if no price is selected.
	Import price list: Opens a file explorer to choose a .PRI file to be imported. Existing prices will be deleted and replaced by prices contained in the imported file.
	Export price list: Opens a file explorer to choose a destination file to export the price list. This is useful to use the price list in an other workspace
	Price update: Double click on a line in the list to open the price edition dialog and update an existing price.
