You can mark the category in which this record will be applied.

This will be used for automatic selections when asking for the Manufacturer / Retailer list.

If you don't specify any category  ("Manufacturer", "Retailer" or "Own Contact") , this record will appear in every list.

In the same way, if you don't define any component type, it will appear in lists of all components.
